Kathleen MaleyKathleen Maley is Sr. Director of Client Analytics at KeyBank. Since joining Key in October 2017, she has focused on creating and executing an analytics agenda in partnership with Key’s lines of business. Kathleen uses data and analytics to shape strategies and inform business decisions that ultimately create shareholder value.

Prior to KeyBank, Kathleen spent 12 years at Bank of America where she held various positions. She started as an enterprise risk analyst, worked in India to develop a global quantitative-talent program, ran the credit card risk-modeling group, established a model risk control office within the consumer analytics organization, and built a customer experience analytics team. In her last role, Kathleen was BAC’s deposits pricing executive managing a $650B portfolio which drove $10.5B in annual revenue.

Kathleen has an AB in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College and an MA in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan. Prior to earning her master’s degree, Kathleen taught high school mathematics and statistics in Costa Rica, Mexico City and Shanghai. Kathleen lives in Cleveland with her husband and two children. She is a volunteer statistician for several Turner syndrome support and research organizations and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Turner Syndrome Society of the United States.
