We're so excited to introduce our next Woman to Watch -- Vidhi Chugh! Vidhi is an award-winning AI/ML innovation leader and an expert in data governance with a vision to build trustworthy AI solutions. She works at the intersection of data science, product, and research teams to deliver business value and insights. She is on a mission to democratize machine learning and break the jargon for everyone to be a part of this transformation. She passionately promotes the inclusion and growth of women in STEM and has been featured on “Million Stem” as an inspiration for the next-gen.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

I would love to have the superpower to time travel and go back to my formative years to become fearless and not try to fit in.

What advice would you give your younger self? What advice would you ignore?

You are only limited by your imagination. Do not let anyone tell you that you can not achieve something (inspired by The Pursuit of Happiness).

"That this is how the world runs and I have to abide by societal norms. That women are only supposed to look after family." I would ignore such pass-downs that are conveniently wrapped as words of wisdom.

What is your favorite quote or saying that captures your mission?

Showing up is the key. “Going in one more round when you don't think you can, that's what makes all the difference in your life.”
