Kristy is the Learning Experience Manager at AlignAI. She has over 15 years of experience developing and democratizing analytics solutions that drive transparency and efficiency across various industries, including healthcare, banking, and government. She has a master's in business analytics and is completing a doctorate in business administration focusing on change management, instructional design, and responsible AI. She is also a member of the local government Regional Data Advisory Committee (RDAC).
